For All sales are final after 30 days. Any unused product may be returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Shipping cost for returned items is the responsibility of the customer. An exchange will be made as soon as the items are received. Please notify us ahead of time so we will know when to expect your items to arrive. Remember to save your tracking number.

If you would like to return an item you've purchased and exchange it for another, please email us @ EVERYDAYGIFTS247@YAHOO.COM If the product is unopened and in re-saleable condition, returns will be excepted up to 30 days from date of purchase.

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns in re-saleable condition. An exchange will not occur if the product does not arrive in the condition we sent it in, so please package it well.

After 45 days, we consider the product NOT IN RESALEABLE Condition at that point and will not accept returns at all, except on items that are defective.

We do not refund shipping UNLESS we have made the mistake or the product is defective. Please do not ask for this refund. If one can occur, we will gladly be the first to offer.
