If you are not completely satisfy with any purchase, give us a call ASAP or send us an email for an
EXCHANGE or A REFUND To your Card.For All sales are final after 30 days. Any unused product may be returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping cost for returned items is the responsibility of the customer. An exchange will be made or refund when package is received. Please notify us ahead of time so we will know when to expect your items to arrive. Remember to save your tracking number.
If you would like to return an item you've purchased and exchange it for another, please email us @ EVERYDAYGIFTS247@YAHOO.COM If the product is unopened and in re-saleable condition, returns will be excepted up to 30 days from date of purchase.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns in re-saleable condition. An exchange will not occur if the product does not arrive in the condition we sent it in, so please package it well. Refund will be issue when product is receive less restocking fee, shipping cost and taxes,if any was applied to your purchase.
After 45 days, we consider the product NOT IN RESALEABLE Condition at that point and will not accept returns at all, except on items that are defective.
We do not Refund Shipping UNLESS we have made the mistake or the product is defective. Please do not ask for this refund. If one can occur, we will gladly be the first to offer.
Remember, return shipping is entirely the responsibility of the customer. Please do not ask us to cover or be responsible for return shipping cost.At times, we will make mistakes on an order. We try our best to avoid such mishaps, but we are so sorry when they occur. Please call us immediately within the week of receiving your order. From time to time, due to traveling and weather conditions, a glass item may break, an item may get crushed. Just let us know ASAP within the week you receive the order. We would like to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible.

Package is processed and SHIPPED within 2-3 business days WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER. We DO NOT SHIP OVERNIGHT at this time. SORRY.
In stock items will be ship within 24-48 hours via USPS Ground Service.
Out Of Stock items usually are available to ship within 2-4 weeks.
